  Xavière Castano co-founded CROSSJECT, a pharmaceutical company based in Dijon, specialising in the research of needle-free injections in 2001. Crossject now employs over 100 people and has just commercially launched its very first product. She will share their amazing story of challenges and innovation at the business lunch in March.
