• The author of Rwanda – La Fin du Silence, Guillaume Ancel will speak about his controversial book published recently which re-opened the debate about France’s role in the genocide of 1994. Guillaume was an army officer posted in Rwanda and wrote about his first hand experience during Opération Turquoise.
