April Business Lunch

The FIBA business lunch in April featured an entertaining and stimulating talk by Erwan Henry on the theme “ Critical issues for medium-sized firms in the global economy”.
Erwan is a business globetrotter and gave us the benefit of his experiences during his long years of doing business all around the world. People may say that “it’s a small world”, but even so, those in business ignore cross-cultural issues at their peril. Making money in foreign markets is possible with the right research, guidance and intercultural tools, but – rather like an arcade game - there are bullets to be avoided! Once again, there was an excellent number of attendees at the lunch, with a very wide range of different backgrounds and business interests being represented.
